What is the best thing about living in Estonia?
It is a very peaceful country with a lot of forest and nature. In addition, telecommunications and internet services are the best.
How would you describe your career perspective in Estonia?
Estonia has offered to me a good chance to finish my doctoral studies and become a researcher in the field of environmental sciences. When I finish, I am planning to go back to my homecountry but I will always have good memories from the enriching experience that I had in Estonia.
What was the hardest thing for you to adjust when you moved to Estonia?
Estonians have a different character compared with Colombians and the culture is completely different to my home country; for me, it was very difficult to adjust to this new culture.
What do you miss from your home country?
The food, my family and friends. The hot weather is also something that I miss a lot.
